Know what a thirty-two-person quote represents
The online booking system supports groups of up to thirty-two passengers using multiple vehicles. With a maximum of eight passenger seats in each vehicle, a full thirty-two-person group can require four eight-seat vehicles. The actual quote must also account for luggage and suitability.
This is not a confirmed single thirty-two-seat minibus or coach. If your group must travel in one vehicle, contact the booking team with that requirement before booking. Availability, suitability and the actual arrangement need explicit confirmation.
Give each vehicle group a clear plan
For a large family gathering, workplace group or event transfer, prepare a passenger list and divide it into the proposed vehicle groups. Nominate one lead organiser and a contact for each group so collection instructions reach everyone.
Make sure each person knows the pickup address, collection time and which group they are travelling with. Shared travel plans do not mean every vehicle will take the same route or arrive at precisely the same moment. Build your itinerary around the confirmed arrangements rather than expecting a convoy.
If the event has restricted access or several entrances, provide the correct entrance and stopping instructions. Tell the team about additional pickup points, mobility requirements and any unusually large items before the quote is finalised.
Airport luggage and staggered arrivals
Thirty-two seats and space for thirty-two large suitcases are different requirements. Count the bags carefully and include cabin bags, pushchairs and equipment. The luggage load may affect the suitable arrangement, even when the seat count appears to fit.
For airport departures, allow time to gather passengers and load each vehicle before the journey. Give the team the whole route and the airline check-in requirements you are working around when discussing the collection plan.
For an airport collection, provide the arriving-flight details for the passengers concerned. A party arriving on several flights may need separate collection times or bookings. Ask the team to agree that plan; do not assume one arrival time covers all flights.
Organise the return and review the booking
For business events, celebrations or a group day out, confirm the return meeting point and communicate it to every vehicle group. If the event finishes later or a passenger’s plans change, contact the office so the impact on the booking can be agreed.
Existing fixed-route fares are checked where applicable. The quote reflects the selected vehicle arrangement and extras. Review the number of vehicles, passenger allocation, route details and total before confirming, and keep the confirmation accessible.
The online passenger limit is thirty-two. Contact the booking team for a larger group or for a single-vehicle request so the available arrangements can be discussed and confirmed.
