A group journey starts with the full picture
When several people travel together, the right vehicle depends on both the passenger count and the luggage. Include every person who needs a seat, including children, and tell us about suitcases, cabin bags and larger items.
An eight-seat vehicle can be a useful choice for group journeys, but eight passenger places do not automatically guarantee room for every possible luggage combination. Select the vehicle offered in your live quote and contact the team if you are unsure about what will fit.
Vehicle images illustrate categories. The actual vehicle provided can differ, so base your booking on the confirmed passenger and luggage requirements rather than the picture alone.
Airport transfers for families and groups
Use the lead passenger’s mobile number so the booking team and driver have one clear contact on the day. For an airport departure, allow time for loading luggage and collecting the whole party before the road journey begins.
For a pickup from Manchester Airport, enter the arriving flight number when asked. If members of the group are arriving on different flights, contact the team to agree how the collection should work before confirming a single journey.
Ask about any child-seat or accessibility requirements before travelling. Do not assume a particular seat or vehicle adaptation is included simply because a larger passenger vehicle has been selected.
Prices for larger vehicles
An eight-seat or other larger vehicle has its own quoted price. The live booking quote shows the available vehicle options and their totals so you can choose the arrangement that suits your group.
Saved fixed-route prices are used where an applicable fare exists. Enter the actual pickup and destination and include every passenger and all luggage. Review the price for the vehicle you need rather than relying on a quote for a different group size.
Review the passenger count, bags, selected vehicle and payment arrangement together. If the whole group cannot fit the quoted option, change the selection or speak to the team.
When your group is larger than one vehicle
For a bigger party, the quote can present an arrangement using more than one vehicle where supported. Provide the total number travelling so each vehicle and its fare can be accounted for. Agree how passengers and luggage will be divided before the collection day.
Multiple pickup addresses can also change the journey. Enter them where the booking process supports additional stops or contact the team to confirm the plan. For a return from an event, give everyone the agreed time and meeting point so the group can be ready together.
Our booking guide covers the information to check before confirming, and the airport guide explains inbound and outbound journey details.
Use our dedicated guides to plan for twelve passengers, sixteen passengers or thirty-two passengers. Online group options use multiple vehicles with up to eight passenger seats each. If everyone must travel in one larger minibus, ask the team to confirm a suitable single-vehicle option before booking.
