The booking service asks for information such as your name, contact details, pickup and destination addresses, journey dates and times, passenger numbers and luggage. Airport collections may also require the arriving flight number. These details are used to quote for, arrange and manage the journey you request.
Only provide information needed for the booking. If a particular assistance requirement needs to be discussed, contact the team and explain what is relevant to the journey.
Who handles booking information
Booking information is handled by Shane’s Airport Transfers Ltd and the services used to manage the booking. Details needed to carry out a journey may be shared with the assigned driver or transport provider. Payment is handled through the payment service presented in the booking flow.
Please use the secure payment process rather than sending card details through WhatsApp, email or a booking note.
Website and enquiry information
The website and booking service may record technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as request logs and error information. The booking flow also carries source and campaign information where it is available so enquiries can be attributed to the website that generated them.
The journey form passes your route and selected travel details into the quote and booking process. Sending an enquiry or requesting a quote does not itself confirm a booking.
Third-party services
Using the WhatsApp link opens WhatsApp, which operates under its own privacy terms. Mapping, address lookup and payment features may use external providers as part of the booking service. Review any information presented when using those features.
Information required for a completed booking may need to be retained for operational, accounting or other applicable record-keeping purposes. Contact the operator to ask about the information held for your booking and the relevant retention arrangements.
